Tiny Home Community

Randall Park is a "tiny home community" located in a country-like setting in Bangor, ME! I got to stroll around the park with 2 friendly tenants! The owners are going to construct a laundry-unit at the far end of the park (no laundry area in the homes) There are 30 units: you will notice vehicles out front (no garages) The units are heated and cooled with heat pumps: tenant is responsible for that ; water and sewer provided. We are now entering the park! Neat and tidy! These are 1 bedroom units: I did not have the opportunity to go inside one of these. ( I would like to have had a tour, but maybe another time)!
Mail is delivered to the community and placed in these to "post office" boxes which are located near the entrance to the park.
This tiny home has no front "porch-like" area; some of them have one. They appear to be of similar construction: I do not know if the floor plans for these tiny homes are identical. Looking down one row of homes: there are homes across the driveway and in back of the homes shown (30 total). There is one unit available for rent.
