Moving on down the road towards the “town” of Sangerville, we find an amazing recreational park! Let’s stop a minute and take a look!

There appeared to be 2 separate areas to play ball (not pictured here) The playing fields were impressive for such a small town!
Snack Shack for the hungry crowds (not today) lol
Opposite the ball field is a stunning gazebo with 2 picnic tables and handicapped entrance on the other side: see below
One of the 2 picnic tables in this gazebo. Looks like a great place to have a meal and get out of the hot sun
Soccer, anyone?? This playing area is on the same side of the park as the gazebo
And we must not forget the play area for the youngsters while moms and dads watch the older kids play ball.

On the far end of the playing fields there is a public boat dock and wharff to Manhanock Pond. It just couldn't get better: it's a beautiful little spot on this earth!

So now we ‘ve seen it all, well, not quite. Let’s take a left out of the park and look at the views of the Carlton Stream which feeds into the Piscataquis River.

There is beauty all around us: we just gotta learn to slow down and           enjoy the views along the way.
