Brown’s Mill Park

All this in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine!
So, let’s go exploring!
You can picnic here or you can
sit on a bench that overlooks the Piscataquis River.
Hmmmm, I think I could walk across the river it’s so low, but no, picking my way across all those rocks is not for me.
There are open spaces  with numerous new tree plantings (not shown here)
Brown’s Mill (that’s where the park got its name from) overlooking Piscataquis River
FYI guys, Brown’s Mill was built between 1844 and 1941; these buildings are listed on the National Register of Historic Places) OMG, this place is really special!!
Entrance to what was Brown’s Mill (looks kinda scary)
I’d like to go inside!!
Different views of the mill below
One of my favorite sights is the view of this smokestack (which is barely visible through the trees).
The smokestack is an amazing work of art!
Our  brief walk in the park sadly comes to
THE  END!
