Wild Goose Club
Hang on guys! We’re headed to wild goose “country”! Moose Pond (also known as Great Moose Lake) in Harmony is where we wanna be.
Disappointments come in all sizes: this was a large one: The entrance to the once fishing/hunting gentlemens’ “club” turned boys’camp (scroll down quite a ways to see pic of the “camp clubhouse”aka Castle Harmony Lodge and the “lighthouse”) is not available for public viewing, by land, that is. (No trespassing: Violators will be prosecuted). The only other option was to get there by boat, but I didn’t have one with me. The pics below were taken at other locations.
